Clients are Family
Edward joined the firm in 1996 and became the Managing Partner in 2007, bringing with him a strong tradition of family. Born in South Korea, Edward migrated to the United States when he was 4 years old. He remains extremely close to his family. Just as importantly, he considers clients to be “a member of the family.”
Edward takes personal pride in providing clients with long-term solutions to the issues at hand. His foresight and strategic business planning serve clients well today and tomorrow.
In keeping with the firm philosophy of prevention being the best protection for employers, Edward advises clients on all issues relating to FMLA, ADA and FLSA and assists with the preparation of employee handbooks, policies and newsletters to ensure compliance with both municipal civil service rules and Ohio civil service laws.
